Tenders are invited for Tien Pagoda Access and Environmental Improvements in Lac Thuy District, Hoa Binh Province. -Construction of Road T1 - Central trunk road to Phu Lao tourist area with total length L1= 7.60Km of road grade V (as per TCVN 4045-2005), foundation 6.5 m wide, road asphalt surface 3.5 m and shoulders 2x1.0m; including Thanh Ha Bridge on the route, prestressed reinforced concrete bridge, span 21m, bored pile foundation of 80cm diameter, (as per TCVN 11823-2017) - Construction of Road T2 - The main road from the ticket gate to Trinh temple, Mau temple, Tien pagoda, total length L2= 3.47Km of internal roads (as per TCVN 104-2007), foundation 7.0 m wide, road concrete cement surface of 5.0m and shoulders 2x1.0m - Parking Area: Has an area of 2.41 ha in Phu Nghia commune, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province - Tourism Market: The market has a scale of 0.31ha in Phu Nghia commune, Lac Thuy district.
