- This task is to support the Bank-s oversight functionsby conducting monitoring of the Program Entity (PE)-s implementation of:1. ER program activities and the PE-scompliance with the program-s safeguards/environmental and social management frameworks(e.g., ESMF, EMPF, RPF, etc., for the ERP) over the entire ERPA reportingperiod, as well as assessing PE-s overall safeguards management systems and itscapacity. 2. ER program-s compliance withDecree 107 and the Benefit Sharing Plan (BSP) preparation including the interpretationand application of Decree 107 across the six provinces in the implementation ofthe BSP.
