Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Sustainable Logistics Study to Promote Multimodal Integration and Freight Modal Shift to Waterborne Transport in Vietnam Cross-Cutting Works: The Consultant will be responsible for organizing consultation meetings with stakeholders, progress briefing meetings with the WBG, and dissemination events for the final products. All tasks and activities will be conducted in close cooperation with the World Bank and MoT. All produced outcomes and results will be presented to and validated by representatives of the MoT. The assignment is expected to be carried out from May 2022 until November 30, 2022. The WBG releases this EOI to engage interested firms that may be qualified to carry out the assignment. The firm will be selected through a competitive procurement process. The WBG hereby invites interested firms to submit Expression of Interest. The submission must not be more than 40 pages. Consultants are required to have a local partner agency based in Vietnam as part of the Consortium. A full technical and financial proposal is not needed at EOI stage. Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals based on a full Terms of Reference. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted
