- Expression of Interest are invited for Supporting Energy Transition in Vietnam ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The objective of the assignment is to support Vietnam in implementing its COP-26 related commitments by deepening energy sector analytics and developing specific strategies, policies, and action plans. This could include: (i) development of a national energy transition strategy and (ii) supporting the sector utilities in developing their climate action plans... The consulting team will be expected to provide the necessary technical, financial, and operational expertise to gather and prepare datasets, carry out relevant modeling work, prepare and finalize reports, support stakeholder consultations, and support dissemination activities. Strong local expertise blended with global capabilities on climate, energy, and finance related issues will be expected in the consulting team. The consulting team will work closely with the World Bank experts and country authorities to deliver the tasks. Detailed terms of reference for the assignment will be provided at RFP stage
