- UNDP Viet Nam kindly requests your quotation for the provision of the Maintenance services for VRV air conditioners in Green One UN House at 304 Kim Ma street, Ha Noi as detailed in the Annex 1 Schedule of Requirements attached to the Negotiation ID: UNDP-VNM-01544.Currently, the VRV system includes 19 outdoor units and 150 indoor units, which our team regularly inspects and maintains. To ensure optimal performance, reduce electricity consumption, and minimize breakdowns, the VRV air conditioning system should undergo annual maintenance by a qualified contractor.The awarded contractor will carry out full-scale preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, along with necessary repairs and detailed checks. This ensures that the VRV air conditioning system, parts, and related systems work as they should.
