- The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of the UNAIDS Country Office (UCO) frequently engages with various national stakeholders including community members in meetings and consultations. The UCO requires complete and accurate writing and speaking translation services and does not have enough capacity to provide Vietnamese - English - Vietnamese translation of key consultations/meetings and documents beyond ad hoc/very short requirements.To ensure proper dissemination and wide understanding of key documents (including policies, reports, notes, communication, and other texts) among national stakeholders engaged in the AIDS response and effective participation in meetings required both national stakeholders and international experts from the UN and/or development partners, translation of selected key documents and simultaneous interpretation in bilingual meetings are essential.
