- The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of the UNAIDS Country Office (UCO) frequently engages with various national stakeholders including community members in meetings and consultations. The UCO requires complete and accurate writing and speaking translation services and does not have enough capacity to provide Vietnamese - English - Vietnamese translation of key consultations/meetings and documents beyond ad hoc/very short requirements.Provide translation and interpretation services for UNAIDS Country Office including but will not be limited to the following key upcoming events where support for translation and/or interpretation are required:- Meetings and UNAIDS materials for social contracting pilot project at national level and in Dien Bien province;- Community mobilization and dialogue activities, including but not limited to the consultation for development of a consolidated Decree with updated guidelines for HIV harm reduction including for stimulant drug use and multiday take-home methadone doses, development of the training curriculum for community service provision in support of people engaging in chemsex, and VAAC-s year-end review mee...
