UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified national firm/institute/organization for Services on Capacity Development and Communication of the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in 2023 - 2025 in the South of Viet Nam (Can Tho city) and online (PACKAGE 4 in the attached TOR). United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)-s approach to supporting Viet Nam is to collect and analyze evidence and data to inform disability-inclusive policy making. This is in line with Viet Nam-s commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 16 on Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, especially to institutional reforms for more just and inclusive societies and modern national governance for all. It is also reflected in the 2022-2026 UNDP-s Country Programme Document-s Outcome 3 on Governance and Justice for the next four years (2022- 2026).
