- Tenders are invited for Replacement of Street Lighting System by LED Bulb Technology The Ha Giang City-s People-s Committee represented by Secondary Green City Development Project Management Unit - Ha Giang City (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Package HG-CW08: Replacement of Street Lighting System by LED Technology. The scope of works includes replacement of Street Lighting System by LED Technology; Installation of 351 sets of Led 240W; installation of 128 sets of Led 200W; installation of 409 sets of Led 160W; installation of 514 sets of Led 120W; installation of 41 cabinets of electrical cabinets and smart lighting control equipment, and installation of intelligent management and control software. 3. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB-s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: • Participation in at least two (2) contracts that has been successfully completed within the last three (3) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation in each contract exceeds USD1,500,000.00 (One Million and Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars). • Minimum average annual turnover of USD2,700,000.00 (Two Million and Seven Hundred Thousand US Dollars) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last three (3) years. • Financial Resources Requirement for Subject Contract: USD317,732 (Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Seven Hundred and Thirty-two US Dollars). .
