Description:
Tenders are invited for Outsourcing of Tasks Related to Receipt of Schengen Visa and Residence Permit Applications Services of the external service provider include the following main tasks:  providing general information on visa requirements (in English and the local language) and application forms;  informing the applicant of the required supporting documents, on the basis of a checklist;  collecting data and applications (including collection of biometric identifiers) and transmitting the application to the Hungarian Mission; 2  collecting the visa fee;  managing the appointments for the applicants  collecting the travel documents, including a refusal notification if applicable, from the Hungarian Mission and returning them to the applicant;  scanning the submitted supporting documents in CISO.
