- UNDP Viet Nam is looking for a National Consultant to provide comprehensive support for the effective implementation of its key projects related to plastics management and circular economy. Under the overall guidance of UNDP Programme Analyst on Circular Economy, Waste and Oceans and in close collaboration with UNDP Waste and Circular Economy Officer, the National Consultant will be responsible for the following duties and tasks: • Develop news and articles, ensure effective operation and partnership growth of the CE Hub• Lead the coordination and implementation of the Responsible Sourcing Initiative under TCI and the TCCF project.• Provide technical support for the implementation of the ACE-Biz project and IWMI project. Estimated number of working days: 250 working days from November 2025 to October 2026
