- UNDP Viet Nam kindly request a National Firm to submit your Proposal to assess the possible impacts of the energy transition on employment: a case study in the coal-firing thermal power industry, coal industry and renewable power for the Project "Building the Economy of Tomorrow: Using NDCs to guide Green Recovery", as specified in the attached TORs. Please be guided by the forms attached in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the system directly in the portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline.
