Tenders are invited for Improvement 26 Km Roads up to the Standard of Grade Iv Mountainous Roads (According to Standard 4054-2005: Highway − Specifications for Design) and Constructing 1 Bridge on the Route in Ba be and Pac Nam District, Bac Kan Province Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding: • Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds VND 108,872,000,000. • Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND 204,135,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years. • The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, liquid assets, lines of credit, or other financial resources (other than any contractual advance payments) to meet the Bidder-s financial resources requirement for this contract of VND 68,045,000,000 and its current contract commitments. E-bids must be submitted via Vietnam National e-Procurement System at or before 16:00 hours on 31 October 2022 (local time). Late bids will not be accepted.
