Request for proposals are invited for EpiC Vietnam: Research, Evaluation, and Reporting Consultant The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project focused on HIV, global health security, and combatting trafficking in persons using funding from the President-s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC and its consortium members implement HIV, COVID-19, global health security, and other health activities in more than 60 countries across the world. In Vietnam, EpiC-s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam-s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets, ensure global health security, combat trafficking in persons, and address oxygen and mental health needs. EpiC Vietnam works at the community, facility, district, regional, and national levels. The project is currently conducting and preparing to conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments, evaluation, and research initiatives across the portfolio to determine national and provincial capacity gaps and needs, as well as the effectiveness of project interventions. The expected outcomes for these activities are reports, knowledge products, and other materials to document successes, lesson learned, and knowledge gained, inform technical assistance tailoring and intervention refinement, and communicate these findings/initiatives with partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
