Description:
Tenders are invited for Dredging and Embankment of an Hoa, An Cuu and Nhu Y Rivers. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Construction experience: • As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for the last year, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. • Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds VND 86.5 billion. Agricultural Works for Rural Development or Technical Infrastructure Works of grade IV or higher. Construction of stone/concrete embankment with volume ≥ 1000 m3. Financial requirements: • The Bidder's net worth for the last year (2020), calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. • Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND 72,100,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last the last three (3) years (2018, 2019, 2020).
