I. BACKGROUND IFC — a member of the World BankGroup — is the largest global development institution focused on the privatesector in emerging markets. We work in more than 100 countries, using ourcapital, expertise, and influence to create markets and opportunities indeveloping countries. In fiscal year 2025, IFC committed a record $71 billionto private companies and financial institutions in developing countries,leveraging private sector solutions and mobilizing private capital to create aworld free of poverty on a livable planet. In Viet Nam, Green Buildingprogram aims to contribute to the green building market transformation in thecountry through the development and implementation IFC-s voluntary Excellencein Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) certification. The program isexpected to help reduce overall greenhouse gas emissions and improve energy,water and other resource efficiencies associated with new building constructionin Viet Nam. Following thesuccess of EDGE, BRI is a web-based hazard mapping and resilience assessmentframework for the building sector. It is designed to facilitate access tolocation-specific hazard information, provide resilience measures to mitigateapplicable risks, and improve transparency for disclosing a building-sresilience information between sector stakeholders. The program is delivered inpartnership with the UK-s Government and Australian Government. IFC is looking for a localmarketing consulting firm (Consultant) to implement the Marketing strategy& activities of the Green Building project and Resilience Building projectin Viet Nam. II. SCOPE OF WORK The Consultant will lead the implementation ofEDGE and BRI marketing initiatives aligned with the positioning, brand, andcore messaging strategy to strengthen visibility and market leadership of EDGEand BRI in Viet Nam.
