Consultancy service: Assessment on a Just Transition in Viet Nam's paper and pulp industry The International Labour Organization (ILO) Country Office for Viet Nam is seeking qualified institutions/organizations/agencies to conduct an assessment on a Just Transition in Viet Nam's paper and pulp industry.This consultancy is part of the ILO- Korea Partnership Programme on Asia-Pacific Regional Case for Implementing the Global Accelerator by a Just Transition in Paper and Pulp Industry in Viet Nam.
