- Tenders are invited for Construction of Road Sections from Km107+757 to Km120+600 and from Km137+040 to Km 137+960 (Link Lai Chau to NB-LC Expressway) The scope of works for this contract package CW-06 consists of the upgrading and newly construction of mountainous road grade III, comprising: • Road Section 1: Km107+757 to Km120+600, including (i) road section from Km107+757 to Km117+000: upgrading existing National Highway No.32, section from Km388+339 - Km398+042), and (ii) road section from Km117+000 to Km120+600: new construction of 3.599 km • Road Section 2: Km137+040 to Km137+960, connecting National Highway No. 32 at Km117+000 to Ban Giang commune, Tam Duong district; and • New construction of: (a) Nam Dich bridge at Km117+670 with total length of 43.6m, (b) Nam Mu bridge at Km119+873 with total length of 272.6 m, and (c) a new bridge at Km137+500 with total length of 100m. Construction Experience • Experience of contract similar size and nature: Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds VND216,000,000,000. • Bidder must demonstrate its construction experience in the following key activities: o Performed at least 45,000m3 of rock excavation. o Construction of reinforced concrete retaining wall with minimum length of 50m and minimum height of 4m in one (1) contract. o Construction of prestressed concrete girders bridges with minimum total length of 300m and minimum girders span of 25m. o Performed at least one (1) contract for survey and design for Slope protection works; Having experiences in preparation (at least one (1) contract) of construction drawings for road and bridge works
