- Tenders are invited for Construction of Expressway (Section km44+720 - km49+950) The scope of works for this contract package A6-3 consists of construction of expressway section km44+720 - km49+950. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Financial qualifications: • For single entity, minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) of VND 684,000,000,000 within the last five (5) years (2017 - 2021); • For joint venture, one partner must meet minimum AACT of VND VND273,600,000,000; each partner must meet minimum AACT of 171,000,000,000; - and the combined AACT of all joint venture members must meet the minimum AACT of VND684,000,000,000 within the last five (5) years (2017 - 2021). • For single entity, the Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources, less the financial obligations for current contract commitments meet or exceed VND 114,000,000,000. • For joint venture, one partner must demonstrate that its financial resources, less the financial obligations for current contract commitments meet or exceed VND45,600,000,000; each partner in the joint venture must demonstrate its financial resources, less the obligations for current contract commitments meet or exceed VND 28,500,000,000; and the combined financial resources of the joint venture, less the obligations for current contract commitments meet or exceed VND 114,000,000,000. Date: 20 December 2022 Loan No. and Title: 3391-VIE: GMS Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Construction Project Contract No. and Title: A6-3: Construction of expressway (section km44+720 - km49+950) Deadline for Submission of Bids: 18 January 2023, 10:00 AM (local time) Construction Experience: • Participation in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds VND 365,000,000,000. • Completed soft soil treatment by Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD) and/or Prefabricated Horizontal Drains (PVD) with quantity of at least 62,400 meter in one contract. • Completed bridge with superstructure of T/Reverse T girders or I girders with quantity of at least 38 T/Reverse T girders or I girders in one contract. The qualification criteria are more completely described in the Bidding Documents. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in Vietnamese is freely available on Vietnam National e-Procurement System (www.muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn) until 18 January 2023. 6. e-bids must be submitted via Vietnam National e-Procurement System on or before 18 January 2023; Time 10:00AM.
