• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Construction of 6.061km Plain Road Grade Iii (as Per TCVN 4054:2005); Roadbed of 12.0m with Soft Ground Treatments including Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), Vertical Sand Drain, and Cement Deep Mixing; And Asphalt Concrete Pavement of 11.0m. Construction of Five 12m-Width Prestressed Reinforced Concrete Bridges including the Long Xuyen Bridge with Span Layout (8x40m+1x36m) and Four Small Bridges. Site Location: Long Xuyen City, an Giang Province. Contract Implementation Period: 24 Months. Contract Type: Admeasurement Contract with Price Adjustment. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Construction experience: • Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 05 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder-s participation exceeds VND 400 billion. The similarity of the Bidder-s participation shall be: asphalt-paved road (including pre-stressed reinforced concrete bridge) grade III or higher in accordance to TCVN4054-2005 (or equivalent), with either minimum length of 5 km or minimum asphalt-paved surface of 55,000 m2. • Completion of at least a prestressed reinforced concrete bridge of minimum 5 spans or with minimum total length of 200m, of which at least one span not less than 38m. • Completion of soft ground treatment implementation in one contract of road or infrastructure construction, with at least 300,000m of PVDs and/or Sand drains and/or Cement deep mixing. Financial requirements: • The Bidder's net worth for the last year, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive. • Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND 500 billion calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years.
