• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Communications and Advocacy Support for The the Urban Resilience and Land Team in Vietnam. The communications consulting firm will provide counsel and implementation support in five main areas: (i) Message alignment: Developing and maintaining a message manual, updating the message manual monthly to reflect evolutions in URLT programs and approaches, and reviewing all communications materials for quality control and message consistency (in both English and Vietnamese). (ii) Knowledge management: Building and implementing systems and processes for curating and maintaining an up-to-date library of ready-to-use communications materials including but not limited to presentation slides and scripts, case studies/impact stories, management talking points, graphics, and videos. Supporting the conceptualization and design of specialized multimedia including infographics and videos. Conducting briefings and trainings as needed to familiarize URLT with communications materials. (iii) Direct engagement: Overseeing the development of presentations, scripts, handouts, and other collateral to support meetings and events. Developing workflows that anticipate the need for such materials. Managing materials development for effectiveness and efficiency. Proposing, organizing, and supporting events. (iv) Public relations: Proposing and supporting, in close coordination with the World Bank in Vietnams Central Management Unit, media relations opportunities as well as opportunities to leverage key opinion leaders. Supporting media outreach, the organization of press conferences and briefings, and journalist trainings as needed. (v) Communications process management: Providing ongoing communications counsel. Responding to demand from internal clients (e.g., technical team leads) for communications materials. Understanding the capacity across URLT to support communications and proposing priorities. Staffing ex officio a communications steering committee to guide, audit, and evaluate URLT communications. Publication Date: 02-Sep-2022.
