The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam is looking for a National consultant to support the review and study of international experiences of developing and implementing disaster risk financing and insurance strategies for benchmarking with Viet Nam for the Project "IRFF Vietnam/Climate Change and Environment Unit", as described in the attached TORs.Country: Viet NamDescription of the Assignment: The goal of this assignment is to take stock of relevant international experiences of developing and implementing disaster risk financing and insurance strategies from at least 3 countries with comparable contexts to Viet Nam.
