UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant for UNDP-GCF Independent Interim Evaluation (Mid-Term Review)The Interim Evaluation (IE) team will assess implementation of the project and its alignment with Funded Activity Agreement (FAA) obligations and progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document.
